“It has been my pleasure to have worked with Ron Wright and his wonderful staff at Catalina Imaging, in Loomis, California. In recent years, they have supplied us with a Cat Scanning trailer and, most recently, an MRI trailer.
Each trailer arrives in excellent condition, with all of the appropriate paperwork necessary in place. In the state of California, mobiles are very regulated, and I know I never have to worry that something will be missing.
Once, a problem was encountered, and the entire staff went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the problem immediately (and it was not even a fault of theirs!) They call regularly to see if everything is going OK, and are always willing to work to make the customer happy. They did not meet my expectations, they far exceeded them. I was sad when our on site MRI was ready, as I missed their weekly phone calls! Catalina Imaging is a superbly run business and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mobile.
